How do I cancel my subscription?
A= You need to login to paypal and cancel it there before it renews. Once it has renewed that month traffic delivery is assigned to your account and cant be reversed.
Here is how to do it:
1) Log in to your PayPal account.
2) Click Profile at the top of the page.
3) Under Financial Information, click Recurring Payments, Pay List, or Pre-approvals List to find your payment.
4) Select the payment, and then click Cancel.
Please note we are not able to cancel your subscriptions for you. You agreed to cancel your own subscription upon subscribing. Please do not email us asking us to do this.
How do I delete my account?
A= to delete your account you will need to submit a removal request using a support ticket. Please note: we use a third party mailing service so to stop receiving emails from us you will need to click the unsubscribe/remove link at the bottom of one of the emails you got from us as deleting your account will not stop the promotional emails. (Remove from mailing list links are not found on welcome or support emails)
